Counselling in Carlisle - HomeM My aim as your counsellor is to provide a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential space in which you can feel accepted and understood. I will offer you a safe space to help you make sense of how you are feeling during difficult times. I have a BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling, as well as specialised training in Couples Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Trauma and Loss. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). LocationI am able to offer appointments from therapy rooms in Stanwix or near Dalston Road in Carlisle. You can choose to meet me at whichever location is most convenient for you. In Stanwix I work in a quiet therapy room upstairs at Zenya on the corner of Mulcaster Crescent. Zenya has created a stress free zone for all its clients and also offers other health and beauty treatments. There is free on-street parking and a car park nearby. Daytime and evening appointments are available, and Saturday morning appointments can also be arranged.
