From time to time life can seem quite overwhelming – you might feel stuck, sad, scared, angry, inadequate or confused about who you are, what you want or what is happening in your life.
The counselling approach I use is called Person Centred, which means I won't be analysing you or asking you to talk about things you don't want to. Instead I will be working hard to help you gain new understanding and insight into areas of your life that you may be experiencing difficulty with. This can help in enabling you to find answers, make decisions, or gain some clarity about how you are feeling.
